Saving a work email to your Scoop account

  • Updated

Verifying your Scoop account with your work email address is the best way to make sure you’re receiving all eligible discounts.

After you add your work email to Scoop, we’ll send you a verification email to confirm it was entered correctly. Once verified, you’re all set. If your company partners with Scoop through an Enterprise carpool program, you’ll see any updated pricing automatically when scheduling your next carpool in the app.

How to Add and Verify Your Work Email

Follow these steps to save and verify a work email address on your Scoop account:

  1. Tap the Account icon in the bottom menu of the app.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. From the Settings menu, tap Account.

  4. Tap the arrow next to your email address.

  5. Tap Add an email and enter the work email address you’d like to save.

After saving your email, you’ll receive a verification email shortly. Follow the instructions in that email to complete the verification process.

Once your new email is verified, you can make it your Primary contact email by tapping it in your list of saved emails.

How Your Employer Appears on Your Scoop Profile
