Verification codes are sent via SMS to verify your phone number and provide added security when signing up or logging into your Scoop account.
Verification codes cannot be sent to:
- International mobile numbers
- Landlines
- Devices that cannot receive SMS messages
If you have difficulty receiving a verification code when adding or updating your phone number, make sure the number is entered correctly and displays properly. Then, try resending the code using the link on the verification screen. If a code is entered incorrectly, you’ll need to wait about one minute before requesting a new code.
If you are not able to receive the code at all it may be your mobile carrier blocking the message. If the issue persists we suggest contacting your mobile service provider and as always feel free to reach out to our ScoopCare team.
