If you’d like to update your Scoop profile—such as your profile photo, name, contact information, or carpool mode preference—follow the steps below.

To update your name or profile photo

1. Tap the Account icon in the bottom navigation bar in the app
2. At the top of the Account menu, tap View and edit profile
3. Tap the field you wish to edit
4. Save any changes before leaving page

To update your contact information

1. Tap the Account icon in the bottom navigation bar in the app
2. Then tap Settings
3. From the Settings menu tap Account
4. Tap the field you wish to edit

To update your carpool mode preference 

1. Tap the Account icon in the bottom navigation bar in the app
2. Then tap Settings
3. From the Settings menu tap Commute
4. Then tap Preferred role
5. You can then choose if you would prefer to Ride or Drive
6. Be sure to save your changes from the top right corner after making your carpool role selection.
