How do I update my email address on my Scoop account?

Each Scoop account can have multiple email addresses saved, but each email address can only be linked to one account.

We recommend adding both a work email and a personal email to your account. This ensures you’re receiving all eligible discounts and promotions and that you don’t lose access to your account if you ever change jobs or no longer have access to your company email. 


Add a New Email Address

Follow these steps to save a new email address to your Scoop account:

  1. Tap Account in the bottom menu of the app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. From the Settings menu, tap Account.
  4. Tap the arrow next to your email address.
  5. Tap Add an email and enter the new email address you’d like to save to your Scoop account.

After saving an email, you’ll receive a verification email shortly. Follow the instructions in that email to complete the verification process.

Once your new email is verified, you can make it your Primary contact email by tapping on it in your list of saved emails.


Remove an Email Address

You can remove an email address from your Scoop account after another email has been verified and set as Primary.

Follow these steps:

  1. Tap Account in the bottom menu of the app.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Tap Account.

  4. Tap the arrow next to your email address.

  5. Make sure the email you want to keep is verified and set as Primary.

  6. Tap Edit in the top-right corner of the Email section.

  7. Tap the red delete icon next to the email address you’d like to remove.

Note: You can’t delete your Primary email. If you need to remove it, first add and verify a new email and set it as Primary.
