Add a new email address
Follow these steps to save a new email address to your Scoop for Commute account:
- Tap the Account icon located in the bottom menu of the app
- Tap Settings
- From the Settings menu, tap Account
- Then tap the arrow next to your email address
- Tap Add an email and enter the new email address you'd like to save to your Scoop account
- You will receive a verification email to that email address shortly after saving it in the app. Follow the instructions contained in the email to complete the verification process.
Once your new email is verified, you can make it your 'Primary' contact email by tapping on it in your list of saved emails.
Remove an email address
Follow these steps to remove an email address from your Scoop for Commute account:

- Tap Account from the bottom menu of the app
- Tap Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap the arrow next to your email address
- Tap Add an email and enter a new email address you'd like to save to your Scoop account
- Once you verify the new email address, mark it as 'Primary' by tapping on it.
- You can then delete your non-primary email from the account by tapping Edit in the top right corner of the Email section of the app. This will bring up a red circle next to your email address which you can tap on to delete the email.
