How can I deactivate or delete my Scoop account?

While we'd be sad to see you leave the Scoop community, please reach out to us here from the verified email address on file for your account if you'd like to deactivate or delete your Scoop Commute account in accordance with your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In your request, please be sure to specify if you’d like your Scoop account to be deactivated or if you would like the account to be deleted so our team is able to process your request correctly.
