All reporters will remain anonymous.

If you are unsure whether the behavior violates our guidelines, or whether the situation falls under our policies, we still encourage you to report it. Reporting incidents—even if they are later determined not to be violations—helps us improve our guidelines and our community processes. 

We do not look negatively on you if we find the incident is not a violation and you will not be penalized for reporting an incident that does not meet violation criteria.

In some cases, you may find a Commuter’s behavior offensive, even if it doesn’t violate our guidelines. In these situations, you can block the Commuter to ensure you are not matched together in the future.
