What should I do if I see behavior that violates Scoop’s community guidelines?

  • Updated

If you see behavior that you think may violate our guidelines, let us know by contacting support. If you believe anyone is in physical danger, please notify appropriate law enforcement first. See here for instructions on what to include in your report. All reporters will remain anonymous.

If you are unsure whether the incident is a violation, or whether the space where it happened is covered by our community guidelines, we encourage you to report it. We do not look negatively on you if we find the incident is not a violation. And knowing about incidents that are not violations can also help us improve our community guidelines or the processes surrounding them.

In some cases, you may find a Commuter's behavior offensive though it does not violate our community guidelines. In that situation, you can block the Commuter and you will not match together.
