If you do not use Scoop's shift scheduling feature, there is no requirement to use Scoop for both trips to and from work. However, we do encourage all commuters to schedule for both trips whenever possible. This creates the most consistent experience for the entire Scoop community and ensures that Scoop is a dependable carpool service for both Riders and Drivers.

Commuters using shift scheduling must schedule carpools round-trip. This is in order to ensure that you will know your return details before the start of your shift. 

Note: shift scheduling is only available for commuters whose employers are a part of a specific Enterprise carpool Program. If your employer is a part of a program offering shift scheduling, you will see it within the Scoop app.
