You can use Scoop as often or as little as you’d like. There are no commitments or subscriptions—simply schedule carpools on the days you need. Morning and evening carpools are scheduled separately.

Scoop does not schedule carpools on your behalf. It’s up to each commuter to select the days and trips they want to participate in.

📝 Note: For commuters using shift scheduling, carpools are scheduled round-trip. Shift scheduling is only available for commuters whose employers are a part of a specific Enterprise carpool Program. If your employer is a part of a program offering shift scheduling, you will see it within the Scoop app.
