Scheduling your carpools

It's always best to schedule as far in advance as possible. You can typically schedule up to one week before your trip date, and you can edit your request anytime before the scheduling deadline ends.

Scheduling deadlines:

• Morning carpools must be scheduled by 9:00 PM the evening prior to the trip taking place.

• Afternoon/Evening carpools must be scheduled by 2:00 PM on the same day of the carpool.

You’ll receive a notification with your match status about 10-15 minutes after each deadline has ended.

Scheduling your carpools while using Shift Scheduling

📝 Note: Shift Scheduling is only available for commuters whose employers are a part of a specific Enterprise carpool Program. If your employer is a part of a program offering Shift Scheduling, you will see it within the Scoop app.

• For Shift Scheduling, the deadline is based on your local worksite time zone and will be clearly displayed in the app. Be sure to check the app for the exact deadline that applies to your trip.
