The easiest way to view receipts and payment details is through the Activity & Payments section of the app.
To access it:
Tap Account in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Settings.
Select Commute.
Tap Activity & Payments.
From here, you can view your complete carpool and payment history, including:
Completed carpool trips
Cancellation credits or fees
Ride fees
Weekly credit/debit card charges
Driver reimbursements
Cash-outs made to your bank account
Tap More on any completed trip to see full details. If needed, we recommend taking a screenshot of the receipt information for your records.
Weekly email receipts from Stripe
Scoop uses a secure third-party payment processor, Stripe, to handle payments. Stripe sends weekly email receipts (typically on Saturdays) for all credit/debit card charges made to Scoop.
These receipts are sent to the email address associated with your Scoop account.
If you don’t see a receipt email:
Search your inbox for “Stripe”
Check your spam or junk folder
If you need to update the email address where receipts are sent, please contact our support team at support@scoopcommute.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Note: Receipts can only be sent to an email address that’s verified on your Scoop account.
