For Drivers
The reimbursement amount Drivers receive from Riders is consistent with the allowable limits imposed by the IRS for a company of our type. As such, Scoop does not provide any tax forms such as a 1099 or W2 at the end of the year.
For Riders
If you’re part of an Enterprise carpool program sponsored by your employer, any Rider discounts provided by this program may be considered a taxable benefit.
Questions about payroll or tax implications should be directed to your Scoop admin or HR team, as processes may vary by company.
