Why has my cash out not been processed?

After cashing out a positive Scoop Balance, funds are typically deposited into your bank account within 3–5 business days from the time you initiate the request.

Common reasons for delays

Delays in payment are often caused by:

  • Incorrect routing or bank account numbers

  • Bank processing times

  • Federal or bank holidays


How to resolve payment delays

  1. Update your bank account information directly in the app:

    • Tap AccountSettingsCommuteActivity & Payments → Payments

    • Edit your bank account details to ensure the correct routing and account numbers are entered.

  2. Notify ScoopCare that your banking information has been updated so your cash-out transaction can be reprocessed.
