- Tap Settings
- From the Settings menu tap Commute

Why it’s Important
Bank account information
Your bank account is used to cash out positive balances. Delays in cash-out payments are often caused by an incorrect bank account number or routing. If a cash-out fails, re-entering or updating your bank details in app as soon as possible will usually resolve the issue.
Credit and debit card information
Credit/debit cards are used to pay any due balance for completed carpools or cancellation fees. Scoop is not a subscription service—Riders are only charged for trips they schedule and complete in the app. Charges are processed at the end of each week, so your Scoop balance may appear negative until the weekly charge is completed.
Keeping your payment method up to date helps ensure your balance is settled each weekend and prevents any disruption to your ability to use Scoop.
