How do I find my Commuter?

To help make pickups and drop-offs as smooth as possible, all commuters will need to make sure that location tracking is enabled in the Scoop app during active trips. This allows Riders and Drivers to better find each other and stay informed as the trip approaches.


When carpooling as a Rider

About 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup, your Trip Card will update with real-time trip details, including:

  • Your Driver’s current location

  • Where the Driver works

  • The vehicle’s make, model, and license plate number

If the Driver has location tracking enabled, you’ll be able to watch their vehicle move on the map as they approach your pickup location.

When carpooling as a Driver

As soon as you’re matched, you’ll be able to view:

  • Each Rider’s pickup location

  • The suggested route for your trip

This information is available directly from your Trip Card to help you plan your drive.

Need to contact your commuter?

If you’re having trouble finding each other, both Riders and Drivers can access their commuter’s contact information by tapping Trip Details on the Trip Card.
