When carpooling using Scoop, our Community Guidelines include a requirement that all commuters be scheduled via the app, using their own account and device. 

These guidelines ensure that you know exactly who you’ll be carpooling with and help trips stay efficient with no unexpected detours.

If there's another commuter you'd like to travel with on Scoop, be sure to have them sign up with your referral code. Once they complete their first trip, you’ll both earn carpool credits.
