What does the term “unmatched carpoolers” mean?

  • Updated

The CSV you uploaded to your Scoop Dashboard should contain any terminated employee or contractor you would like to deactivate from your Scoop Managed Carpool Program. There will be instances where some terminated employees or contractors never carpooled with Scoop, and as such, will show as “unmatched” since they don’t have a Scoop account. This is perfectly normal. If they haven't carpooled with Scoop, they don’t need to be deactivated.
