How do I reactivate a carpooler?

In the case that you deactivated a commuter and they have been rehired, you can give them access to your Scoop Managed Carpool program by following these steps:

  1. From your Scoop Dashboard, visit the Deactivated commuters tab
  2. Locate the deactivated carpooler you wish to reactivate by searching their email (Note, you may need to search their old company email if a new email has been assigned) 
  3. Under the Actions column, choose Reactivate 

The commuter will then be able to access your Managed Carpool program or update their company email if needed.

Reactivated carpoolers will appear in the Active Commuters tab.
