How can I enable shift scheduling?

๐Ÿ“Note: shift scheduling is only available for Commuters whose employers are a part of a specific Enterprise carpool Program. If your employer is a part of a program offering shift scheduling, you will see it within the Scoop app after you have verified your work email and entered an eligible work address. 

Shift scheduling can be set up when you first create your Scoop account or later by adjusting your preferences in the Scheduling Options section of your Account tab.

To enable shift scheduling:

  • Tap the Account icon in the bottom navigation bar of the app.
  • From the account menu, tap Settings
  • Then Commute
  • From there tap Scheduling options
  • Toggle Use Shift Scheduling ON to enable the feature.

๐Ÿ“ข Important: You can only change your scheduling option if you have no pending trip requests. Please delete any upcoming trips or wait until they are completed before updating your scheduling preference.
