How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password:

  1. Go to https://customers.scoopcommute.com
  2. Click the “Forgot your password?” link.
  3. Enter the email address you used to create your account. Please note that sign in is case-sensitive.
  4. Check your inbox for an email from Scoop with a link to reset your password. You will have 24 hours to reset your password with that link. 
    • If the link has expired, you can resend another reset password email using that link.
  5. You will be prompted to create a new password.
  6. Authenticate your account by entering the 6-digit code sent to the phone number you created your account with.
