If you forgot your password:
- Go to https://customers.scoopcommute.com
- Click the “Forgot your password?” link.
- Enter the email address you used to create your account. Please note that sign in is case-sensitive.

Check your inbox for an email from Scoop with a link to reset your password. You will have 24 hours to reset your password with that link.
- If the link has expired, you can resend another reset password email using that link.
- You will be prompted to create a new password.
- Authenticate your account by entering the 6-digit code sent to the phone number you created your account with.
